Multiple developments

We have developed a comprehensive suite of digital tools and assets to support the brand strategy. Tools to be activated as part of each go to market campaign. By client request, we also develop a more traditional project book for each project, utilised by the sales team.

We develop property brands that fit into new and historic grounds, standing out as an unique opportunity to the buyers. The client & architects passion to build something great in every location was clear from the start. Our job was to market this vision and help turn the developments into the award-winning builds they are today.

Visualisations / Interior design

We worked closely with the developer on how to best present the developments. The result; an approachable and agile interior concept that's inspired by interior photography at its very best.

The interior concept derives from the Lovehusen vision and brand platform, and then appropriated to the local property branding. This allows for communicative harmony between outside, inside and the surroundings. Its purpose is to add personality to the development, introducing potential buyers to Lovehusen as the perfect canvas for mixing traditional with modernity. Flow, affordability and functionality were key pillars in the design process.
