Relaunching an entire portfolio on Property Systems

All-in-one solution

After developing their brand platform, the natural next step was to launch it using Property Systems, our CMS built for real estate marketing and branding. We delivered a cohesive digital platform and experience showcasing SPG and its diverse property portfolio. A key design objective was to enhance the new brand and implement defined user journeys, making it easier to navigate the digital platform and its project pages.

Each project team can easily manage their own real estate projects and phases, in multiple languages. With the CMS, they can also seamlessly upload content to customisable layouts and update their listings and the apartment picker. The ecosystem and SEO then allows for gathering interest and traffic already established within SPG as a whole.

With a great array of completed projects across multiple segments in Norway and Sweden, a big part of the final product was the actual content creation. With a new brand comes great opportunity, an opportunity to set a new gold-standard on product documentation with moving image as our main focus. All in-house production, showcased on Property Systems.

Paper functionality

Our mobile-first Paper functionality simplifies property marketing by allowing users to view and share detailed information like floor plans and buying/rental processes on the go, without the need to download PDFs. As a native solution, it enables real-time updates, shareable links for brochures and price lists, and tracking of views and shares.

The goal with the Paper functionality is to create simple templates for the marketing and project team to be able to produce 2-in-1 information that works both online and offline.

We designed a visual identity from the ground up, giving the brand a strong design language while utilising elements of heritage for recognition. A typographic setup that gives endless flexibility from B2B to B2C, allowing playful project brands and logos, paired with a new wordmark heroing the name 'Scandinavian Property Group'. Purposeful design, constantly evolving, development by development.
