Sustainability in focus

With a strong focus on Miljöbyggnad Guld certification, the development establishes a new standard for sustainable living, balancing eco-conscious construction with an exceptional location.

Trähusen seamlessly integrates with its natural surroundings, uniquely positioned directly on a golf course in Tyresö. Developed by Scandinavian Property Group in collaboration with OBOS, the project consists of eight wood-constructed buildings produced in their factories in Myrsjö and Vrigstad in the deep Swedish forests. This case study highlights the branding, process documentation, and architectural visualisations that shaped the project’s identity, all showcased through our Property Systems digital platform.

What melts in

must stand out.

We are proud to have partnered with Scandinavian Property Group to bring the Trähusen development in Tyresö to life through our comprehensive property branding services. We meticulously crafted architectural visualisations that highlight Trähusen's unique integration with its natural surroundings, positioned directly on a golf course.

These visualisations not only emphasize the project's commitment to sustainability - evidenced by its Miljöbyggnad Guld certification and timber construction by OBOS - but also capture the harmonious blend of eco-conscious design with an exceptional location. Our goal was to convey the essence of Trähusen as a community where modern living meets nature, providing prospective residents with an immersive and authentic preview of their future homes.

Nestled in between trees and fairways

From factory built to its rightful place.

The narrative around the development lay in the sustainable and modular housing produced by OBOS. By documenting the process from its origins to key milestones in the construction process, we were able to promote through storytelling engaging potential customers. We started the journey by capturing the actual modular housing for the development being built in real time and showcasing the combination of craftsmanship, automated precision and teamwork making it happen. The behind-the-scenes footage was used in a presentation at the launch event of the first release of product to market.
